Our Vision

Hope Church is a welcoming, Spirit-led, Bible believing community investing in families and the next generation. In partnership with others, we seek to bring the life-transforming hope of Jesus to Aldershot and the surrounding areas.

We know that none of us have it all together. Each of us carries brokenness in some form—but we believe there is real and lasting hope in Jesus. He meets us where we are and invites us into something greater.

As a church, we’re committed to pursuing God’s presence together as family. We believe the good news of Jesus is found in the Bible and is lived out through authentic community. That’s why we invest intentionally in family life and the next generation, and why we value working closely with other churches and diverse Christian groups across Aldershot.

We’re especially grateful to be based at All Saints, Royal Garrison Church, a landmark that has stood in the heart of Aldershot since the 1860s. With the support of the local Garrison, we’re able to gather and serve from this historic building as we look to the future with faith and expectation.

Our Values

WORSHIP: Jesus is who we follow, the only one worthy of our passionate, thankful and joyful praise.

MISSION: The people of Aldershot are our heart and we want to share Jesus’ message of hope with the thousands in our town and surrounding area.

DISCIPLESHIP: We want to welcome all people just as they are, but know that God loves them so much to not leave them there; helping them to become all he has made them to be.

MERCY: We want to give ourselves in the service of others, to bring a message of hope that impacts body and soul.

GRACE: We believe that all of life is a gift of grace from God, unearned but given in love.

FAMILIES & THE NEXT GENERATION: At Hope Church we believe the family is vitally important in all its diverse forms. We are passionate about building a vibrant, Jesus-centred church for this generation—and for generations to come.

PARTNERSHIP: Locally, we love partnering with Aldershot Churches Together and the Aldershot Garrison Chaplaincy Team, especially in areas like prayer, youth work, schools ministry, and community outreach. It’s a joy to stand alongside other Christians in our diverse town, united in purpose and love for Aldershot.
